Traditionally, the image is brought to the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels every September for the annual pilgrimage to Mary, attended by thousands of devotees from everywhere. Due to the on going pandemic and restricted gathering, an outdoor Mass was held instead at St. Casimir's Church.
